💬 Why I Started This

I created The Holisticateds after seeing too many talented athletes lose everything to preventable injuries and short-lived careers. The system isn’t built to protect them — it’s built to patch them up after the damage is done.

I knew there had to be a better way. A smarter, more holistic approach — one that puts prevention and longevity first.

🧩 What I Believe

Athletes shouldn’t have to sacrifice their health for their performance. Longevity is the new edge — and it’s 100% trainable. Staying injury-free starts before the pain shows up.

🧠 What I Do

I work with professional athletes using a 4-step, all-in-one holistic system that reduces injury risk and extends career longevity — by aligning movement, mindset, nutrition, and nervous system health.

My mission is to empower high-performing athletes to take back control of their health, extend their careers, and live fully in their bodies — without fear of what’s next.

I believe real longevity isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about aligning smarter. And that’s what I help athletes do every day.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me breathing by the sea, geeking out on holistic health research, or hanging out with my husband and old son (who thinks he's faster than most Premier League players — and might not be wrong 😅).

But it wasn't always like this. I didn't always live holistically, heck, I didn't even know what that word really meant. Until...

Without boring you with all the details, here’s my story in a nutshell.

When I was 30, I was living the classic DINKY lifestyle with my then-boyfriend (now husband). We worked, hit the gym, hung out with friends and family, and were feeling healthy and carefree.

But that was about to change on a fateful Friday afternoon.

My boyfriend was at work, and I went to the gym like usual. I was on the treadmill, running off the stress of the week, when I suddenly heard a commotion behind me. I turned around — and there was an elderly gentleman lying unconscious on the floor.

I still remember it like it was yesterday. His face went waxy pale as the life left his body.

It was horrible to watch someone die right there on the gym floor. I went home completely shaken, but I shrugged it off. “Things happen,” I told myself.

Two days later, my entire life flipped upside down — for good. We were having a lazy Sunday breakfast when my body went completely haywire. I thought I was having a heart attack. I was

convinced I was going to die right there. And the worst part? I was fully conscious of everything happening, which only made it worse.

By the time we made it to the doctor, everything had gone back to “normal.” (They gave me Gaviscon. I know — LOL, right?)

But those episodes started coming more often…
While driving.
At work.
Sometimes even in the middle of the night.

After nine months of endless hospital visits, the doctors pronounced me “healthy.” But I knew — deep down — I was anything but healthy.

The Turning Point

This was the point where I thanked Western medicine for doing its best — and started searching for an alternative solution.

Because here’s the thing: I knew I wasn’t healthy.

Being pronounced “fine” and told to welcome these palpitations as my “old friends” for the rest of my life?
Yeah… that wasn’t going to cut it. That’s when I met a kinesiology therapist.

At first, I couldn’t even pronounce the word — let alone understand what she was going to do. But after just one session, I felt noticeably better. And by the fourth session, I was already 80% back to feeling like myself again.

Even more than the physical relief, she gave me something no doctor had: a name for what was happening.

Panic attacks. Triggered by the emotional shock of watching that man die next to me at the gym.

She connected the dots. She explained how my nervous system had locked into survival mode — and how we could start rewiring it.

Thanks to kinesiology and that therapist, I eventually felt 95% back to my old self.
Which, after the hell I’d been through, felt like a full-on miracle. The transformation was so fast and profound, I couldn’t not learn more.

So I enrolled in a four-year kinesiology school. I graduated as a holistic therapist, became a teacher, and eventually sat on the Board of the Kinesiology Federation UK.

I healed my panic attacks — and found my real career.

My passion

When I started learning kinesiology, I had one big question: why doesn’t the whole world know about this?

That’s when I first heard the word holistic — and everything clicked.

I realized that through this philosophy and way of living, you can become, do, have, and be anything you want. Not by pushing harder, but by working smarter with your body and mind.

And guess who needs this the most? You. The professional athlete.

Because your
body isn’t just a vessel — it’s your career. Your income. Your identity. It’s your everything.

Since becoming a therapist, I’ve opened my own practice, written books, and worked with athletes and non-athletes alike. And I’m here to tell you:

You don’t have to accept injuries as “part of the game.” You don’t have to settle for being patched up after the damage is done.

And you definitely don’t have to wait until your career is on the line to take action. You have more power than you’ve been told.
But here’s the truth — it starts with self-responsibility.

You can’t say yes to every demand, every match, every sponsor obligation… if it comes at the cost of your health and longevity.

And that’s exactly why I created The Holisticateds — to show pro athletes like you that injury isn’t inevitable, and longevity isn’t luck. It’s a choice. And it starts now.

You’ve worked too hard to let your body become your biggest risk. The Holisticateds exists to help you protect it — and extend your career, naturally.
