3. PAYMENT, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS

Payments are final and non-refundable, except where legally required. If using a payment plan, you must complete all scheduled payments; failure to do so may result in suspension of access.

3.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our online courses and the personalized nature of consultations, refunds are not offered unless:

A duplicate payment was made.

The service was not delivered due to an error on our part.

Refunds are explicitly stated in the program details. Live event and consultation cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice, or you may forfeit any rescheduling options.

No refunds are issued once access to digital materials has been granted
