Your access to our Services is non-transferable, meaning you cannot share, resell, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

3. PAYMENT, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Payment Policy

By purchasing a Service, you agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the specified amount.

Payments are final and non-refundable, except where legally required. If using a payment plan, you must complete all scheduled payments; failure to do so may result in suspension of access.

3.2 Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our online courses and the personalized nature of consultations, refunds are not offered unless:

• A duplicate payment was made.

The service was not delivered due to an error on our part.

Refunds are explicitly stated in the program details. Live event and consultation cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice, or you may forfeit any rescheduling options.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, materials, and methodologies provided through our Services are owned by Holistic Living Consultancy.

You may not:

8. DIGITAL COURSES, LIVE EVENTS & CONSULTATIONS

By enrolling in our courses, live events, or consultations, you acknowledge that:

No refunds are issued once access to digital materials has been granted

Participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with them

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or event at our discretion.

9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to terminate your access to any Service without refund if:

You violate these Terms & Conditions. You engage in unethical, harmful, or disruptive behavior. You attempt to copy, resell, or distribute our intellectual property.

If terminated for breach of terms, you forfeit all payments made.
